Is there a bag missing inside or is it just ripped? To me it just look like transport damage.
Damn, is the locker in a shitty neighborhood? Never had such issues.
Looks like someone just stepped on it which broke the box and one of the bags fell out…

I’ve only had these kinds of problems with GLS, BPost has been good for me.
I do let them deliver at home, our front door is at the side of the house and can’t be viewed from the street, and there’s not that many people passing by.
All these delivery companies are so competive to survive that the quality and customer care just going down the drain. Tried to send a box of gifts (chocolates etc) to the UK a year ago and it had to be returned. I got a piece of cardboard back and 1/10th of the contents. Then start the mailing (if even possible) with the company who used another company to deliver. It’s just one big clusterfuck of a mess.
Once lost a packet from Farmaline by BPost. Farmaline told us it wasn’t the first time.
Our last Farmaline order also had a punchhole in it. Luckely the items were too big to pick through…
Had a giant package „disappear“ on me with bpost only to have it turn up on my doorstep a few days later taped back up… I think they weren’t expecting a bunch of yarn XD
Never had problems with BPost before. Really sucks this happens

Bpost’s customer service is horrendous. No I didn’t loose the package, YOU did. Still taking over 2 months to repay me.
