There’a at least six people called Minna Myllylä on FB. Have you tried contacting them?
Fonecta or Eniro might have her listed. Enquiries might cost something though.
Note that in Finland her name is very likely Myllylä. So a with dots.
Might be problematic though had she married and taken a new surname and ditched her maiden name.
Geni.com had my older relatives listed. They also provide usually place of birth, which might be Oulu. Probably worth checking out.

You could also try posting this to some local Facebook groups like ”Oulun puskaradio”. Maybe her relatives or herself could recognize the image.
Gosh! I’m not certain I can pick out the Finnish name in that line up.
