I pray those kids survived. One looked like he had a badly lacerated leg and it probably would have been a day or more before those scum were chased out and medics would find them.
It’s good to remember this. And also remember that the same day this footage was taken, people were marching in the streets of the West, waving photos of the people who did this. I hope those same people have every last drop of hope driven out of their souls, that this act and the hundreds more like it on that day accomplished anything good for Palestinians.

I feel like these kinds of videos, really any war videos, are why some conflicts will just never end. This video is surely capable of radicalizing some young especially Jewish men. And I am sure there are videos out there that would radicalize young Palestinian men. Worse than a nightmare because eventually in a nightmare you wake up. I cannot ever see this ending until either 95% of Israelis have died or 95% of Palestinians have died.
The footage from this day is the only time that footage from any conflict actually got to me emotionally. Not because I feel any personal connection to either side or support either, but because of the pure depravity of what was in that footage. It’s one thing watching a combatant who can defend himself get killed, but when there are dozens if not hundreds of videos of wastes of oxygen killing the elderly, teenagers, women, and men who cannot defend themselves it’s a different feeling. Especially when the people doing it see no issue with murdering people in such animalistic manners and enjoying the suffering they’ve caused.

i think you can hear them shooting something outside once the kids are back in the house aswell, i don’t want to make assumptions but im guessing they were making sure he was dead, also (i think he’s called Shay?) Shay’s foot is visibly very fucked up (rewatching it, he might have stepped into the blood puddle but judging by him constantly putting his foot up i think its his blood)
i don’t think he nessecairly threw himself onto the grenade, but rather stood in the doorway with the kids behind him, and i guess that wasn’t enough
