Ein nahe gelegener Mann in den Fünfzigern berichtete über Rachenschmerzen und wurde ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Der für den Vorfall verantwortliche Mann erklärte, er sei „neugierig zu sehen, wie das Spray war.“

When there’s an incident, copy cat incidents tend to occur. Hope this will be the end of spraying pepper spray.
In Japan, you are able to conceal, and carry pepper spray due to bears. However, most Japanese often buy it, and forget to take it with them during camping trips.
I’m more worried about the autistic people who haven’t got the mental help they need.
