Gamarjoba. Ich komme aus Österreich und habe dieses Jahr in den Urlaub nach Georgia gefahren. Ich habe mich in Ihr schönes Land und besonders in Ihr Essen verliebt. Dies ist also mein erster Versuch, Khinkali zu machen. Ich denke, sie sind ziemlich gut geworden. Einige sind mit Pilzen, andere mit gehacktem Fleisch und andere mit Käse, leider konnte ich nicht Suluguni -Käse bekommen, also kombinierte ich zwei österreichische Käse. Liebe aus Österreich
