Can anyone with a legal background explain to me why on earth the mother hasn’t been charged with anything? I understand there’s probably no evidence of murder without a body as proof, but surely they can get her on child neglect or something at the very least? So so so many people let this poor child down massively and literally no one is in jail. I don’t understand it.
That little boy failed by his mother and her family.
I just hope one day he’s found and those responsible for this whole situation are held accountable for their actions.

There’s a cover up here in some shape or form I’d say…..
I randomly think of him every so often. I know they aren’t allowed to do this but if I were a detective I would have his mother by the shoulders shaking the shit out of her. Even if she’s blaming someone else…. he’s your son and no matter who is scaring you to not say anything, your son is 99% confirmed dead (breaks my heart to say) and your family are no help either. I’d be burning down every bridge I saw. Pointing fingers dramatically and just bringing everyone down with me.
This has to be one of the most shocking cases of the Irish state. The mother has been allowed to live her life without any real consequence.
