And? They have discussed, debated, and withheld weapons systems, pledged this or that, and restricted use throughout the war. The announcements are publicized. The deliveries are not.
What is different this time which anybody should pay the slightest attention to? Because that would actually qualify as newsworthy. If we stopped paying attention to a politician just because they said something, they might actually *do something.*
