No, but that doesn’t stop people from doing it.
Not sure what vehicle this is exactly but if this has no registration plate etc. this might as well be classified in the same category as an ebike.

Presumably for people with mobility issues.
No idea on the law, but if they are limited to low speeds then it probably wouldn’t be safe on the roads.
They are a common sight being driven by Elderly people going shopping in UK towns/cities. Usually on the pavement, but not at much more than walking pace.
Aren’t these type of cars for disabled people? It seems normal to me that they’re allowed.
It depends some of these micro cars are allowed to be driven without a drivers license and are in the same category as bicycles.
Similar to Netherlands – yes
Not even some cyclists should be allowed on bike lanes 😂🤷🏻♀️ – other than that this is just an electric vehicle same as e-bike or scooter.
Is this Wettsteinbrucke yesterday? If yes, this was a super old lady and I assume that thing cannot really go on the road?
Some of these are actually e-bikes, so they should be absolutely allowed on the bike lane. They have pedals and electric assistance is limited to 25 km/h. As you can see it doesn’t have a number plate so it’s probably in this category.
I am actually thinking of getting of getting one myself to avoid using the car for urban commuting!
Anything with a small electric motor considers itself a bicycle these days…
You mean the „vanity electric small vehicles“ lane?
