      Convicted of raping a child and got a suspended sentence. 

      There may come a time when women want revenge instead of equality and many nations of the world will deserve it.

      Well of course, he’s rich, justice works differently for rich people, everyone knows that. They are allowed to do things that we are not and we should just accept it in silence.

      Reminds me of that scene on the Wolf of Wall Street movie where Jordan Belfort is not jailed in Switzerland after the wild stuff that happened on the plane!

      If I was the girl’s dad, I’d travel to India to dispense justice the proper way.

      I would like to know more about the Swiss legal system that a judge can acknowledge a lenient sentence for rape but that it can’t be increased
      1.5 years?!

      Protecting his anonymity so he won’t even live with the shame of it.

      This is essentially the same as letting him walk free. The fees are chump change to him, boo hoo that he can’t enter Switzerland for a little while, and prohibiting him being near minors is so obviously not enforceable on the other side of the world.
