      Long time members of this sub are probably familiar with the ConeHead avatar in the top of the meme. Near it’s peak I believe it was regularly being bought and sold for over 1 ETH because it had the backing of „having utility on reddit“.

      You can 100% blame after market overvaluation on the people buying and selling, but…

      **Reddit inc was selling some „rare“ avatars directly to their users for $200+**, legitimately $200+ to get a „rare“ avatar to customize your Reddit Snoo.

      Lol, shout-out to the guy who bought my gen 1 avatar for ~$730 a few years ago. I only spent $9.99 on it when it dropped.

      Thanks to you, I was able to pay off my Uni fees to finish my last semester on my undergrad degree! Now I’m pulling in 6 figs and halfway done on my Masters!
