    1. Percentage points don’t buy anything, only dollars. This list should rank by funds spent, as well as by $$ per capita and GDP.

      It’s still not enough. Russia has a war time economy and won’t be suddenly converting to a consumer economy after the war. US is focusing on Asia (China). It’s Europe for the Europeans baby. Social welfare has got to go and conscription and increased defense spending is the only way to stop Putin. Where do u think he’s gonna focus on after this war?

      Spain is the only wise in the group. Not because the government is doing the right thing, but because military spending is a waste and should be limited to be bare minimum. I don’t see the need to have 3000 tanks, especially in the event of a war with who ??? Russia ???
