Not sure if they are intentionally testing the Brits, or they just aimed center of mass at the city.

I feel Russia is trying to trigger conversations about article 5. While not stepping directly over the line that would make article 5 an open and shut argument.

I dont understand how people in here think that somehow russia is capable of both being some mastermind of article 5 while simultaneously being too stupid to actually hit anything. I think its MUCH more likely here that as we’re all well aware of Russian PGMs cant hit shit and this was just Russia pulling a Russia and sending mass munitions anywhere theres a population center
