Are you sure this wasnt a scam email? Had similar ones in the past. Dont click links on the email and instead go directly to their website. If in fact they already said they dont have a clue, this seems like it might be the case of a scam :/
17track.net maybe. Most likely it has a new tracking number in Finland or it is delivered by some other company than Posti.
