I don’t understand how people cannot see how this is heading even worse. I predict that the new school shooters won’t even show up at the schools. People are terrified enough to send their kids into schools, but at least there’s some modicum of protection with drills and locking doors.
I suspect that in the future the shooters will just do drive bys at bus stops and drive around slaughtering hundreds of kids waiting for the school bus to go to school in the morning.
And even then, nothing will change. It’s horrifying how confidently prepared these shooters are. How in god’s name does a parent not notice that much of an arsenal and that level of hatred and rage in their kid?
