To be expected. That quarter was full of labour disruptions. Not much of an article though, as it doesn’t seem to really go into any detail.
Not a surprise. They’ve been bleeding money for awhile now. It would be nice if they could make some meaningful reform so they’re at least closer to being in the black. It would make future subsidies more politically palatable.
