    1. Bit of context, found them in garden when removing an old shed, were just dumped behind there. they are about a metre long by 40cm with a slit in centre of long edge for a piece of metal, I assume to fasten them? Some kind of plastic, not concrete or similar.

    2. Those are holes. They tend to come in all kinds of shapes and sizes, but personally i like round holes best.

    3. Looks a bit like those underground stones that were used to lay copper cable into the ground for telecommunications. But not sure if it’s that. Edit: something like a Beton Kabelschacht

    4. The holed graphite blocks that hold uranium rods on RBMK reactors! Don’t touch it or sniff it!

    5. My guess is.. these are parts of an old Nachtspeicheröfen… It’s basically heat absorbing and holding material in between the heating rods?
      Edit: the material is probably Magnesit if my guess is on point
