      Trolling. There’s a nationalist demographic, and every so often, they try their best to get attention. True for both China and Japan.

      Imagine digging up back half a century and four generations because you have no other material to make fun of Japan, which is now functionally a different country.

      Imagine not digging up your own history when the communist party ran to the hills and left civilians to die for them during their war.

      But you gotta praise Mao who killed 10 times than that and is known to only shower once a week and stank like high heaven.

      Japan during WW2 was also quite appalling, no?

      It’s like saying bad stuff about Sweden in the 16-hundreds. The Poles even made that part of their national anthem to remember.

    4. Aren’t political/famous people ridiculed on the internet a common thing? I’m pretty sure nearly all world leaders at one point were under scrutiny and made fun of, it’s an unfortunate side effect when you are or were on the global stage.
