      Gavin Newsome is doing wonders for his political career. I figure he’ll run for president but I feel congress is his real goal and mirroring Trump lets him siphon fans of Trump to himself. This is great political theater.

      Y’all can say what you want about Newsom but he’s one of the few standing up to the current POS residing in the Whitehouse. We are never going to agree 100 percent with any politicians. I have always been a lesser evil kinda voter but y’all are right about American Politics needing a change. No more electoral college, no more gerrymandering, 1 person 1 vote…period, no more ability to buy stocks etc for themselves or by members of their families while in office, no more lobbyists paying outrageous amounts to campaigns, no more companies are people crap, only people should be able to donate and there should be a cap on the amount they can contribute and it should be public knowledge where all the money is coming from and how much, no more selling to the highest bidder. The greed in our political arena must be removed. No felons should be able to hold any political office (on appeal or not). Any politician should be immediately removed if they change political parties during their time in office, if they continue to vote in opposition to the platform they ran on or what the majority of their constituents are asking or writing to them about. That goes for any political office from local to Congress. SCOTUS should be held to the same standards as any other court. If they are not upholding the constitution or the laws in place, if they are caught accepting bribes, if they make themselves political or partisan, they should be removed and no longer allowed to sit as a judge in any court.
