The GIS increase will be an important bump based on need. The 25% RRIF reduction will help seniors by extending their planning window for withdrawals.

RRIF: A 25% reduction would mean a median of roughly 1.5% less would need to be withdrawn. Low of 0.7% (55) and high of 5% (95).
