Obviously heard from Williams’ lawyers and is looking to cover her ass.

‘Jameela Jamil Speaks Out After Criticizing…’ must be a day that ends in Y

    3. Just based on what’s in this article, Jameela’s not even wrong. Ads for medication are weird and, as I’ve recently learned, not as legal in most of the world as they are in the US

    4. She brought receipts. She called out Serena Williams for promoting a company that Serena’s husband invested in.

Based on the article, I agree with her 100%.

Does Jameela actually act or does she just bitch online about other women?

I love how women who criticize other women’s bodies are also outraged when others criticize women’s bodies. This is nobody’s business except Serena’s.

    8. Sigh. Someone really likes using this woman for clickbait. I saw the original post and all she said was that there needs to be more clarity about these drugs because they have massive side-effects and it’s safer to take them under a doctor’s supervision ¯_(ツ)_/¯

She also pointed out that Serena promoting a drug that her husband’s on the board of the company for could be a liability. Not even that Serena personally did anything wrong, but that she has access to all the healthcare and everyday support needed to take GLP-1s safely, so her experience is not the norm. As so many Americans can’t afford that, regular folks are at higher risk if we get the drugs from medspas/telehealth companies rather than our doctors. And that this is just one example of what’s going on in general, which is that these drugs are being pushed on the public like crazy while the companies are downplaying the dangers. All of which is true.

Basically, she said something calm and nuanced, made a point to NOT blame or criticize Serena personally, and the media did what it does.

Yeah, the lady from The Good Place is 100% correct in everything she says here.
