      The problem is… about enforcement. Yes, an EO doesn’t change the law, but if Trump’s lackeys, cohorts, and minions obey those EO’s… then by fiat it becomes law.

      The SCOTUS facilitated a monster. Political agenda not withstanding. And they’re probably going to sit on their hands like they always do when it comes to Trump.
