      Occupying these cities is a pretense to something worse. Having the military prestaged in major US (Blue) cities means dissent will be squashed quickly. Things are going to get worse.

      Kansas City, Missouri: Experienced a record 176 homicides in 2023 and had a violent crime rate of 1,833.4 per 100,000 residents, tied with St. Louis in a 2024 ranking.

      Cleveland, Ohio: In 2024, the city had a violent crime rate of 1,550 incidents per 100,000 people, according to an analysis of FBI data. Long-term struggles with poverty and a high property crime rate contribute to its ranking.

      Birmingham, Alabama: A 2024 report named it one of the most violent cities with a violent crime rate of 1,485.0 per 100,000 residents, noting a high murder rate and poverty.

      Milwaukee, Wisconsin: Saw an increase in homicides and aggravated assaults in 2024, with a violent crime rate of 1,249.6 per 100,000 residents, according to one ranking.

      Stockton, California: Struggles with economic issues and high violent and property crime rates, with a 2024 report showing 1,352.7 violent crime incidents per 100,000 residents.

      I lived in Chicago and several other major cities including San Francisco, Philadelphia and Atlanta. Chicago is different. The people there are generally very nice. However don’t mistake niceness for the lack of a backbone. It could evolve into a hornet’s nest for Trump. They don’t need his arrogance nor his lies, distortion and dictatorship actions.
