Piña colada’s all around!
I don’t know how old his kids are. But in this attention shortspan tiktok dopamine dysregulation syndrome era we’re living in I think it’s hard to impress kids with an actual achievment.
I can’t recall a time i cared about any awards or accolades my father got at work either.
And yeah, they’re not kids, so they’re aware of what a big deal an Oscar is, but they grew up with an actor as a father so the entire industry must feel so mundane to them at this point.
They sound ungrateful. He should stew on this.
