Was ist das, wie der Titel schon sagt, und wo kann ich es kaufen? Ich habe es ein wenig kaputt gemacht und wohne zur Miete, ich möchte es reparieren.

Take this picture and go to K-rautta or any other hardware store and say you need one. I’m sure they’ll have one.
Or even better a store that is specialized in window shades and similar.
It is sälekaitimen säätötangon pidike or something like that. They are sold at many places like hyper markets (Prisma etc), hardware stores (K-rauta, Bauhaus, Stark…), Clas Ohlson, fabric stores (Eurokangas), specialized blind and curtain shops, online shops, etc
It’s called *tilpehööri* and you can buy it from helakauppa or K-rauta for instance.

It’s called säätötangon pidike and you can find allmost any supermarket or hardwear store. Costs around 2€.
