The Kurds have a high fertility rate, while the Turks have a very low one. If the Kurds keep wanting a state,it may be just a matter of time until they get one (including Kurds in Syria, Iraq and Iran).
Without a vast number of men, who cannot go to war. Yes, they may call for unity and recruit from other states that call themselves Turkic, but this is the same thing as if the Russians asked the Eastern Europeans to fight for them, because they are all Slavs.
They can consolidate, leave their past behind, and acknowledge the past, make peace and focus on economic growth. It would be better for them, it would also prevent Kurds from wanting an own state if done right.
