My assumption would be that it’s someone attempting to „prank“ the owner of the number, by inviting random horny strangers to message them.
Don’t really get the „I need a massage“ followed by „the neighborhood masseur“…
Don’t think the guy has really bad intentions but if you want to report it, at least you have his number. On the other hand, if you’re the only one getting a note it’s pretty clear who reported him..
