Absolutely Trump is in the files, no doubts. The legal basis for prosecuting Trump is another matter. Evidence, testimony etc. will be in the way of Trump being held responsible.
Does it impact the 2026 congressional election and 2028 presidential election? Perhaps. Depends on whether or not the Democrats can capitalize on this new verified information. That again depends on who is running for the Democrats.

If the news praises Trump it’s legit. If it scrutinizes Trump it’s fake.
If scientific / medical findings please MAGA it’s legit. If the vast majority of verifiable peer-reviewed scientific and medical findings contradict MAGA’s ideology, superstition, feelings, or economic pursuits it’s fake.
If democrats are on the Epstein list it’s legit. If rapist Trump and his MAGA allies are on the Epstein list it’s a hoax.
