      When you get frequent deliveries, it becomes a bit annoying. You did you job dude, leave me alone now. I’m not writing a review each time water flows from my faucet FFS.

      So many missing packages (cough, cough stolen) packages from PostNL.

      Absolutely no problem with bpost.

      I lived in multiple countries and the BPost service with great app, multiple locker locations and nice ability to configure alternative destinations is really amazing. And I absolutely love that they can be so forward-thinking and innovative while being a public company!

      Sorry we missed you, we couldn’t deliver your package and will be taken to a nearby dropoff point. Working from home and sitting in the same room the bell is located. That irritates me so much…

      recently had a chat about a shipment with a few of their agents through the app : in french, „can we use „tu“ instead of „vous“ ? We’re super friendly at bPost 😀

      When they shove an envelope in your mailbox that clearly states „DO NOT BEND“ and you find it back back folded twice!

      Bpost heeft zich herpakt, maar jesus, dat zoeken naar bevestiging is vervelend.

      Ik zet er altijd 10 sterren op en bedank de posybode. Als je minder dan 10 sterren geeft dan komt die gegarandeerd op een verbetertraject.
