Long story short, you can’t just appoint someone to AG. You can appoint them as interim and after 120 days the local judicial decides if they should stay or go. They decided she should go. Trump’s DOJ did some fancy legal tricks to get her back in the position. The judge ruled those legal tricks don’t make her the AG and that she can’t act in that position.

So yeah, this isn’t over. I’m sure Bondi will try something else to try to slip Habba into a job she shouldn’t have. Or the administration will appeal until they get to a rubber stamp toady who overturns this judge’s ruling.

It was known before July that she would not qualify or be approved for the position.

As supposedly one of the top law enforcement, individuals and attorneys, she and the Trump administration knowingly broke the law to keep her in place.

Her influence could have profound effects on every taste that resided within her control. Her illegal occupation of her position could jeopardize investigations that took over a decade.

She was only appointed because she’s a Trump sycophant and would pursue individuals that Trump had a personal bias against. But now she is going to compromise everything she handles and could cause some of the greatest disruption to the judicial system than any individual in America’s history.

This is the legacy that Trump brings with him, he claims the higher only the most, bestest, greatest individuals. Under his four years and six months, he has gone through more personnel as president than the four presidents before him combined.
