Cities are densifying faster than municipalities can add new services to support that density.
Especially in BC where the province has taken a dictatorial approach, planning has just gone out the window.
Density is great, but is it really worth living in soulless communities that now have crowded schools, lack of parks and pools, and poor transportation infrastructure?
Without adequate planning density is quickly going to turn into decay. It’s a disaster in the making.
