Ich komme aus einem Land, das nicht erlaubt, Leute zu veröffentlichen, die wegen Verbrechen beschuldigt werden, wenn sie eine Kaution bezahlt, sodass das System mir nicht sehr vertraut ist, aber ich habe gerade in den heutigen Nachrichten über diese Dame bei McAST gelesen, die Millionen Euro gestohlen hat, die sie bis zu ihrem Verfahren frei haben durfte, Kaution zu zahlen und frei zu gehen.

Aber die Kaution betrug insgesamt 75.000 Euro (Kaution von 50.000 €, eine persönliche Garantie von 25.000 €). Wie können sie nun bestätigen, dass das dafür verwendete Geld nicht von illegalen Mitteln stammt? Ich meine, diese Dame war als Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsmanagerin, ist es wirklich normal für solche Menschen, nur 75.000 € irgendwo gespart zu haben, oder ist es einfach in Ordnung, mit dem Geld, das Sie gestohlen haben, die Kaution zu veröffentlichen?
Oder verstehe ich falsch, wie Kaution funktioniert 🙂

Pretty sure that 50k deposit is MCAST money.
To post bail you have to provide a bankers cheque. So someone you know (family member for example) needs to go to the bank and arrange this cheque.
They have to deposit or get the funds from somewhere for the bank to provide the cheque.
The bank will do due diligence as to where the money is coming from. The court doesn’t check the source of funds.
You dont pay the personal guarantee 🙂 you pay the deposit. Personal guarantee takes effect when you break the bail so they forfeit the deposit and make you pay the guarantee cheers
