      Wow, this is a surprise but good for them. They seem like a well-matched couple with similar goals and values.

      Babies raising babies. At least they have the money they’ll need to support them. Good for them, though. If they’re happy and the child is happy.

      Imagine being 21 and married and adopting a baby.

      Why do people do this to themselves?

      I feel like when rich people do something, they think it’s so legitimate because they have money (which in their minds equates to “I worked harder than other people”). That way, if it doesn’t go well, they can just buy their way out of it. If a normal person did this it would be considered like…crashing out.

      Good for them. They have a lot of money and privilege and it’s wonderful when couples who have so much to give choose adoption.

      I honestly don’t think we will be seeing much from Millie after stranger things ends. She never really had much passion for acting anyways.

      Love this. Cool to have kids but there’s lots of foster children that need homes too.

      I must be missing some important context here, because there’s a weird amount of comments in here reacting negatively to a married adult couple adopting a child.

      There’s an implication that that is a bad choice and will be bad for all parties? Someone please enlighten me, this seems like a win for everyone (especially a child that went from foster system to having their future secured) unless I’m unaware that MBB is a shitty person, which would surprise me.

      Hopefully they raise them well and give them all the support and love but I kinda laugh because this doesn’t slow down the “went from 13 to 35” jokes she’s received. Not that big of a deal. Good luck to the new family 🙂

      It feels like these two are moving like they’re running out of time or something . She just turned 21 a few months ago. Having said that, good luck to them. Adopting a child is admirable at any age.

      Adoption is wonderful. I wish them the very best. They did a great thing. Too many kids never get adopted.

      Stranger things has a kid and I’m still fucking about like it’s ten years ago, yeesh.

      I support adoption more than pregnancy. If there’s kids here today that need a family, why make new ones?

      The amount of folks who have options on what a woman should and shouldn’t do is WILD. Not your goddamn business. Women have kids at all ages. I’m sure every single person on here commented waited until they made six figures and was 30 until they got married and had kids *insert eyeroll*

      You know what, good for them. I’m almost 40 and have never wanted the responsibility of kids, but she’s always seemed like someone who adores kids and can’t wait to start a family. I wish them the best!!

      I’m just glad they’re adopting. So many babies and kids out there need families but it seems like most people like to overlook them…
