Es ist nur eine billige Schokoladen -Bar -Form von Amazon und ich möchte nicht einmal Zeit damit verschwenden, mit den Postangestellten zu streiten, da sie zum Nirgendwo führt. Sie können nur sagen, dass sie den Verkäufer kontaktieren und Sie dann fragen können, ob Sie eine Beschwerde einreichen möchten, von der wir wissen, dass sie keine Scheiße macht.

wouldn’t be surprised if it’s lost in some vehicle or just some guy who doesn’t feel like working and just checks all his stops as closed or something lol

Not sure if it will change anything but there’s no hope Bpost itself will ever change anything without outside pressure. At worst it will be another statistic in the annual report.
Just make sure you first make complaint to Bpost (through the online form). You’ll get an automatic response full of shit but it’s necessary to file a complaint with Ombudsman Poste.

Really seems to vary per region. In my area bpost and DHL are by far the best delivery options. With postNL and DPD at the very bottom. But in some areas it’s the complete opposite.
We have the same issue with bpost right now, the guy at the bpost point said it’s because of students working for them in the summer, and that he was sick and tired of receiving parcels from all over the adjacent communes …
