      If he’s having problems with insuffient blood flow his ankles, and that’s with the help of gravity, imagine how challenging it must be to get any blood flow up into his brain.

      Trump and Putin are both wearing „elevator shoes“ with something like an inch hidden insole. Compared to the shoes of the person in the left side of the picture whose face is framed out, the height of the heel cups of their shoes makes it look like they are wearing chukka boots instead of formal oxfords. There is hardly anything more ridiculous than the vanity of old men.
