Don’t know it’s name, could be either integrated into Valea Dicescu or the larger Telecentru area, but I think it’s one of the more expensive places to live. I’ve heard many rich and influential people live in or around this area, and I’ve lived near it for a while and can say it’s pretty beautiful.
Telecentru, and that particular circle is one of the nicest places to live in, in Chisinau, mostly houses and not apartments though. You are a walk away from a great park with a lake, 5minutes away from the city center and also not surrounded by any high rises and relatively scarcely populated compared to the rest of the zones
Switch to satellite view. It’s one of the most expensive areas. Some of the richest people in the country live there. Even Plahotniuc had a house there.
But that doesn’t make it a nice area, it’s just homes and nothing else.
Edit: my bad, Plahotniuc’s house is not in the area you marked but nearby. But Voronin’s house was there (he demolished it and now there are townhouses instead)
Hi. It is a part of Telecentru, called Valea Morilor. Formally, it belongs to Centru district, since Telecentru is an informal name for a part of it. That part do not have any public transportation and you can only get to the city by car or taxi from there.
Hi, that’s Telecentru and a very good neighbour to live in. A lot of houses there are from very rich Moldavians oligarchs. You will definitely be safe there. The only problem is public transport and lack of shopping centres, but you can always grab a taxi 😀
shocked how similar structure-wise this city is to Brasov (https://imgur.com/a/4phD1Uf), hope someone else can see it too
