I saw it hit in person. I happened to be sitting outside just watching YT and it hit right in front of me, no more than 10 miles away. At first I saw light going tinto the air like a firework and imediatley thought someone was testing a giant firework for the upcoming festival. Then the entire sky turned into daylight and it woke my whole family up. At that moment my thoughts were „Oh shit, someone just nuked the the oil depot. I waited to see if another would hit and that rumble was so eerie.
