Our Net salary does not include health insurance. The Netherlands too.
What a terrible chart. It normalizes to a 30,000 gross salary, instead of net salary OR total labor cost including non-wage costs (the light blue part on the right). Noone pays a gross salary, and noone receives a gross salary. Anything but gross salary would have been a meaningful choice of baseline, but they chose gross salary.
