It looks like a commemorative medal minted and sold by some private company. Usually not worth much, maybe 5-20€ depending on the material. EDIT: according to this link here https://de.numista.com/catalogue/exonumia59901.html it is made from a copper alloy, no silver. Then it is probably almost worthless, below 5€.
