Yes it was suicide sadly.
Maltese news never mentions anything as a suicide. Also the tower is owned by the biggest knob in malta, so you will not hear about this.
It’s very sad. Condolences to their family and loved ones.
It’s also kinda strange how the Maltese seem to have a penchant for suicide by jumping from a great height. Dingli Cliffs, Valletta Bastions, that bridge over a valley (I forget which town it is near). Could any Maltese people shed some light on this? I feel suicide in this manner is atypically high here…
I am staying in a Hotel Right in Front of it. Saw the guy from my Balcony and Checked the News Every Minute since and wondered too!! Was a fucked up Morning, I thought its just a drunk Person sleeping Till i saw the legs completley twisted
Not seeing in times of Malta?
I haven’t seen the story anywhere.
Do they not report suicide so they don’t risk copycats?
Or is it something to do with the culture being so highly Catholic? Ax
