Scam. Just ignore it.
Google tells me the phone number is from a collection agency. Do you owe someone money?
Googling the phone number, it comes up as LIQUIDA Inkasso GmbH.
It’s from a debt collection company, at least the phone number. Guess they wanted to give you the claim in person? Hard to tell, not common but also not unheard of.
Put [this](https://www.giga.de/tech/orange-karte-im-briefkasten-dahinter-steckt-knallharter-betrug–01J4S9GH6ED9BS5HXEK9TAXZN3) through DeepL. It appears to be, or pretend to be, an Inkasso company, but on the very scammy side.
If someone *actually* wants to contact you about debt, there are mechanisms to do so in a very official, legal way. „Call us under this phone number“ is not how debt is legally collected.
The phone number belongs to a debt collector company based in Heilbronn. Just call them and find out what it’s about.
Ps. You can rotate pictures after taking them.

The sketchy thing is that they don‘t write their company name and adress at the postcard.
