Which settlement did Russia do? The russian people who lived there (Donbass, Krim) since ever just voted to be part of russia, because they were attacked and discriminated.
The Ukraine (most of their leaders were of a certain faith btw.) did since 2014 what isreal does.
The article also quotes someone calling the Israeli settlement illegal.
