The driver was later arrested at his home for “assaulting a federal officer”, and released. He’s free now.

If there were an actual officer assault, he’d still be in jail likely with some broken ribs. The fact that he’s out is a testament to their false accusations and his innocence. He should sue the absolute daylights out of them for harassment, multiple violations of his civil liberties and rights, defamation and libel, false police report, perjury, illegal detainment and attempted murder.

This could have been avoided if the agents had simply identified themselves and demonstrated the legal foundation of their requests. This idea that citizens and people here legally are required to comply with any demand from armed fatasses in masks is ridiculous.

The family who said „fuck this noise“ and drove off got fired on, and are lawyering up- but notably, they are not on a military plane to El Salvadorian torture prison. Might be a lesson there, but I’m not smart enough to figure out what it is.

There should be a go-fund-me to get all immigrant families a dash cam.

Honestly tempted to get some friends, mask up, and start doing this to any white people in lifted trucks just so they get a taste. DHS is so ridiculous right now they’d probably defend my actions thinking I was a real agent.
