      Even if they didn’t leave it, using a public printer is incomprehensibly sloppy. Anyone could recover that document.

      That a hotel printer was used that contained information of vip locations, times, names is a security risk for targeted assassinations

      That it also had strategy says it could be leveraged against the USA and our NATO allies

      Trump is a national embarrassment & shuffling security risk

      I used to work a job at an FBO at an airport. Obama flew in once. AirForce One parked at one of the other ramps from where I worked but a lot of the secret service guys flew in other planes and came to the ramp I worked at. After AirForce One departed we were walking around the lobby and noticed a folder laying on the table. It was the detailed itinerary for the president. A short time later we got a call from the secret service asking if we had found a folder. We informed them we did. They said someone would be by shortly to get it. True story 😂

      So is it time to chant „lock them up!“ yet, or do we reserve that for much less clear cut cases of poor security practices but don’t actually resolve in the information being leaked out to anybody?

      I work for a pharmaceutical company and travel a lot. My shit’s not national security, just trade secrets that would probably be useless to anyone else, even other pharma scientists. Minimum, I mean bare, absolute, company-doesn’t-even-have-to-tell-me minimum security precaution is that you don’t print on a fucking hotel printer.

      no they did bring their own printers but were connected to the hotel wifi and printed it in the business center by mistake

      Leaving documents like that in a printer isn’t a joke. Any one of these simply lazy actions taken by this administration should be, by themselves, grounds for termination of their administration. The security stuff that was in place isn’t a god damn recommendation.
