Welche Gesetze gelten in der Schweiz für die Kündigung eines Vertrags am Tag nach der Vertragsunterzeichnung?
Ich werde tatsächlich versuchen, die Beförderung so zu ändern, dass sie nicht mehr 24 Monate dauert, aber ich wollte meine Rechte wissen.

The basic law is the same as it was with the Romans: [*Pacta sunt servanda*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacta_sunt_servanda). You only have a cancelation right for few contracts and situation. If you have not been cold called, then you likely have no right in your situation-

Never the less, go in a shop or call them and see where it takes you., Maybe they have mercy.
