1 bed apartment that fits multiple people …

That’s pure scummy behaviour
Surely there’s an extra 0?
1.8k for a flat outside Ennis, that guy is delusional
The laws need changing this is getting ridiculous, some kind of capping system for the area/size of property/rooms, heat rating of the property, features/conveniences etc, it’s a disgrace that this is happening
The problem is there’s not really any rental properties available at all in Ennis, nor is there really a „going rate“ for rent anymore, it’s a complete free-for-all. The town has been taken over by Limerick commuters, any rental property is just snapped up straight away, landlords can get away with charging basically anything. There are 2 bed apartments being rented out for 1500euro, where only a few years ago they would’ve gone for 600euro. It’s supposed to be a rent pressure zone too…
It’s gotten way worse recently as Ennis hospital is expanding and hiring staff, and a lot of them are forced to rent in the town as they have to be on call.
It looks like a prefab with those ceiling tiles
Oh well at least it includes all bills for €1850 a month 🤨
I paid less for a one bed apt in Dublin City Centre and that’s recently… surely you’d get better value even in like Limerick city?
Hope every pint he has is flat and sour, and that his toast is always burnt
The position of that hob is an assault.
