      >The new Scary Movie is big reunion bringing The Wayans brothers back together for the first time in 18 years to write an all new, original script for the series, the guys co-penning with the Miramax production with Rick Alvarez. Scary Movie is prepping for an October shoot in time for a June 12, 2026 global theatrical release via Paramount. Miramax has a first look deal with Paramount.

      I do wonder how this ans the Harold & Kumar movie will do because of how long each has taken and the expectations people have. It’s pretty cool that both are in the pipeline after such a long time.

      I was excited when we found out the Wayans Brothers were involved, but knowing Anna and Regina are back I’m beyond excited!

      Back in the day they spoofed absolute blockbuster movies at the time.
