    1. Maybe they calculated the plastic bag that you „forgot to scan“ into the weight? 😅

either your scale is not balanced, or migros is lying (or maybe there was a mistake. i have no idea what the process of creating those labels looks like)

but seriously, check your scale just to be sure. mine was quite wrong before i realised the battery was running out.
made my cookies taste kinda mid because of it.

    3. If they measure it before reheating it its heavier because of the water.
And the packageing probably counts too

Pretty sure this is one of the many ways Migros and Coop nickel-and-dime customers.

Another one is online deliveries, where items are “missing”, expires same day, charge slightly more than the shop “for security, you’ll get it back” etc.

    5. I always check the weight when I buy oranges etc in a net at the migros, definitely worthwhile !

When I steal from the Migros police gets called and the shop charges me 200chf processing fee. But when the Migros steals from customers….

    6. The rest evaporated because the product sat in the shell for quite a while.

    7. I tend to see a lot of stuff like that as mistake somewhere.

I could see to that stuff is weight before the final cut (as a norm this portion is always 215g) and this pie ended up for some reason overall smaller than usual.

Or they weight it before it dries and cool down and therefore loses water.

I’d double check if tomorrow’s pies are the same (no need to buy one just using the scales at the migros to test should be good). But also complain directly at Migros. They will refund often refund or at least take into account just in case it is an actual mistake on their end.

    8. Why not? They try funny stuff and if someone complains they simply feign ignorance. Rinse and repeat 😬
