Whats the bear supposed to be? There is no superpower with such a popular depiction.
Feel like this is extremely outdated, with Russia becoming China’s bitch and the USA seemingly confused about why it ever cared about the rest of the world at all.

If Russia can be considered a superpower, then Gérard Depardieu can be considered a Victoria Secret supermodel.
EU is the dinner and smaller US allies (Japan, SKorea etc.) are appetizers. EU is the only economy big enough to pay for the impending US debt crisis and Americans has no choice but to extract as much from the EU as possible.
