We should have started training conscripts 3 years ago.

Better to have a trained army for no war, then no trained army for a war.

This supposed „troop deployment“ refers to the scenario that a ceasefire occurs, in which case certain EU countries claimed that they will send peacekeeping forces.

Needless to say that this (both the ceasefire and the troop deployment after) is extremely unlikely to happen, to not say borderline impossible.

57 countries provide military support to Ukraine. If they provide 5,000 soldiers each on average, that’s an army of 285,000 soldiers. Providing 5,000 professional fighting troops is not abundant or totally out of limits for a nation. The proposal is reasonable and would put an end to this war very soon. It’s more of a logistic and political problem than a military one.

True Europeans are ready to go since Feb 22. All the others are either idiots or fascists.
