I always wondered why I get robo calls that are just jibberish.
I always speak to them and tell them to stop bothering me and go f them and so on.
Turns out I think they’re training ai to deepfake our voices for scams

A better route is going to someone’s social media page and taking a bunch of samples from the hundreds of videos they have posted. They usually post their kids names, parents names, where they live, where they frequent, pets names, birthdays, issues they’re dealing with, and tons of other valuable information for scammers.
Be careful what you post on social media.

Holy hell! My brother got 21 of them yesterday.
I’m going to have to tell my mom that they need a code, but she won’t remember that we talked about it if she thinks he’s on the phone desperately begging for money – which he would never do in the first place. Fuck!
